I live downstairs with my wife and I rent out a few of the bedrooms upstairs to tenants. It is a quiet house and perfect for getting work done. A student is welcome, but a working individual is preferred.

Neighborhood: It is very safe and is an area many people jog around at night. I also have Ring which allows me to be alerted with local incidents and crime.
