The rent is $425 a month per person for shared occupancy plus utilities (gas, electric and water). We provide internet, trash and gardening. The house is walking distance from Biola, one block away from the tennis courts. The lease starts August 1st, but there may be a possibility for an earlier start date, as early as May.
