- Hey guys! My name is Emily, I'm currently a grad student, and I'm looking for housing for the fall. I'd prefer to have a private room, but I'd love to have housemates! I'm looking for a place that has a 6+ month lease or the option to extend it and my budget is around $1000 including utilities give or take. I'm super laidback and can keep my space clean!
