- Newly renovated fully furnished house needs female roommates for a year lease starting May 2023 (Move in Dates are flexible). The room is available for 2 people at $604/month + utilities or $1208 + utilities for your own room. There will be a total of either 4-5 girls in the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house! The last bedroom available is the biggest one in the entire house. The house has a big backyard, a huge garage space that we use to use as a second living room, and new appliances.
