I’m a Biola alum moving out of a master bedroom this summer, because I am graduating from a master’s program in May. It’s a single occupancy master bedroom with a private bathroom. It is in a house (4 bedrooms, 2 baths) off a safe, quiet residential street 4 blocks from Biola University. There are three other friendly females living in the house. One of my housemates has two cats who mostly stay in her room. My housemates prefer a female who is working full-time, or in graduate school (and/or working), and also in her mid-20’s or older. You would have access to a shared kitchen, a pool in the backyard, living room, garage, and outdoor space. The room will be available towards the end of May. There is a $500 deposit to move-in and the lease is one year. Rent is $825/month.
