My wife and I are looking to rent out our fully furnished recently remodeled completely private detached Pool House, ideally to a married couple.
We live in a safe neighborhood of Friendly Hills in Whittier ( Whittier Blvd/La Mirada Blvd) on a private property about 3.4 miles from Biola. ( 7 Minute Drive, 14minute Bike Ride).
The property will be available end of July.
1 bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom is 740sq ft and ideal for married couple.
Upstairs: 1 bed, 1 bathroom walk-in closet
Queen Bed, clothing storage, Reading Nook,
Downstairs: Kitchen, living/dining area and 0.5 bathroom downstairs.
Island, kitchenette, sleeper sofa, dining area, TV.
Exterior stairway and pool area connects the 2 spaces.
Heating/Cooling/ Laundry onsite.

Our home is a tranquil private garden setting. The yard has multiple citrus and stone fruit trees. As well as a seasonal garden area. These seasonal fruits and veggies are available to tenants as well.
Our home is also in close proximity to Arroyo San Miguel and Murphy Ranch Hiking Trails, Turnbull Canyon for mountain Biking, and Michigan and York Park.
We do have 2 very friendly dogs (Labradoodles) on site, so must be ok with dogs around.
$1900 per month + $500 refundable damage deposit. Includes all utilities (except phone, Wifi)

No SMOKING, NO PETS, No Drugs of any kind. 2 person max occupancy.
