I am going out of state for the summer so I need a female to fill the space starting June 1. Move out date is flexible within August to your availability (and we can split this last month's rent depending on your move out).
There are 4 other Biola girls in the house. We are all clean, nice, fun, and respectful.
Room comes with a twin bed frame and HUGE closet. If you don't have a mattress, I can supply one.

$725/month + utilities (if this is out of your budget, contact me anyways and we can maybe work something out)
