The home will be shared with us, John and Deborah.  Deborah is a substitute teacher and John is retired. We have hosted many seniors and postgraduates for the last 7 years. Our East Whittier, Friendly Hills, home is on an ½ acre lot lending itself privacy and a quiet environment to study or unwind from a busy day in a very very safe neighborhood.  Ideal candidate will be a Biola student, recent Biola graduate, or young professional who appreciates a quiet lifestyle. 

A lease is required at $850 a month plus a security deposit.  There is also a monthly $40 charge for utilities which includes WiFi.

Large kitchen, washer and dryer, generous parking.

3 miles, 8 minutes, from Biola. Walk to Ralphs, Starbucks, Trader Joes, McDonald's, and other shopping. 1 mile from Whittwood shopping center.
