It is a large room in a beautiful clean large 4-bedroom house in the Yorba Linda area. It is a safe quiet neighborhood. The room has Pergo flooring. It has a very clean/new large double sink full bathroom. The house is an eco-healthy home with a whole-house water filtration system, UV/HEPA air filtration system built in, and an osmosis drinking water system. A house cleaner comes once a month. Laundry may be used once a week.
Homeowner's bio: She's a Christian professional woman who loves Jesus. She is outgoing, positive, athletic, a runner, easy-going, caring, independent, involved with ministry, and loves people. She is often out and has a busy life with friends, work, and church. She has two well-trained Siberian huskies that she exercises every day.
Other tenant's bio: I am an alumnus of BIOLA. I am in my 20s and am a dedicated Christian hungry for the Lord. I attend church in Huntington Beach and am working on building a Christian community in CA after living out of state for a few years. I am respectful, interested in other people’s stories, and love being outdoors when I can. I am creative and working on a career in storytelling and digital art.
What we are looking for: An 18 to 30-year-old female Christian professional or student who has a pretty full life and works outside the home or is a full-time student, who loves dogs and would be willing to feed the homeowner's dogs if she goes out of town and you happen to be in town.
