- Hello! My name is Ieneke Jimenez, and my roommates and I are moving out of our 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. Our landlord is looking for more tenants who are responsible and timely. It is a HUGE house only 12 minutes from Biola, with a beautiful backyard. WE have 8 girls living in the house which splits rent into about $800 each. It is in a very safe neighborhood and although is a 12 minute drive to Biola, has been so worth it! Shoot me a text if you are interested in taking a tour!
