We’re an all-girls home (in our 20s) located right on the edge of La Mirada and East Whittier. The head housemate is a Biola alumnus and a current grad student at CSU Fullerton. The rest of the girls will be graduating from Biola this spring and fall.
We have an in-unit washer and dryer, AC/heater, a two-car detached garage used for storage, a giant backyard, enough room for 5 cars in our driveway/in front of the house, fridge/freezer, a gas stovetop and oven, dishwasher, and a gardener.
The neighborhood is super safe and quiet and we have a great relationship with our landlord too.
Lots of us work for Disney, so if you like going to Disneyland you're in luck, haha. Bonus points if you love Star Wars.
