You would share a spacious room with a sweet Biola grad student, furnished with a full size bunk bed (+mattress and mattress protector), desk, and a huge double-door closet!
My lease ends July 25th and I am planning to move out the weekend of May 10th, but am flexible!
Rent is $615 a month, in addition to utilities, which fluctuate around $40.
Includes garage, washer/dryer, fridge, lots of parking, TV, cute lil patio, ect.
