Description: Looking for someone to stay June 1st - August or September! Our sweet house is less than five mins away from campus. We have a huge lemon tree (hence the name) so you are guaranteed to have an endless supply of lemonade this summer! Our backyard is the perfect place for tanning, pickleball, spikeball, movie nights, garden parties and more:) If you wanted to have roommate, rent would be $530 per month and if you wanted your own room it would be $1,060. My room has its own bathroom and direct access to the backyard. If you need a bed or bed frame I can leave all of that here or take it out if you would prefer to have a blank space.
