- In need for one or two male roommates to either have their own room share with current, or bring a roommate and share. It is a two bedroom two bath apartment, and we have an open room to occupy. The open room has the bathroom attached to the room. The cost of rent to have your own room would be $1050 or shared with current for 525. If you there are two of you and sharing the room rent is $525 a person. Utilities is split evenly. Currently there are two of us living in the other room. So the split of utilities would be either between 3 or 4, depending on if there is one or two occupying the extra room. The apartment is kept clean, it is about 1000 sq feet, living room, and kitchen. We are on the water polo team, and like to keep things tidy.
