Looking for 1 male tenant to move into La Mirada master bedroom that is walking distance to campus, move in by JUNE 1ST. Located on a quiet street, in a 4bd house. House has full access to all amenities including washer/dryer, pool, fire pit, kitchen and more. Large living room. The master bedroom has a nice view over looking the backyard pool and of course your own private full bathroom. You will be sharing the house with three other male tenants who are either students or alumni of Biola. They are all early-mid 20s and are a quiet, clean, and respectful group. Landlord is very respectful and upkeeps the house very well, including paying for regular cleaning and upkeep on the pool. She responds promptly to any problems that might arise. You MUST have proof of consistent and current income before moving in.
