Furnished bedroom has a full-sized bedframe with headboard, dresser, large desk, and large closet for storage and clothes.  Mattress provided if needed. Central heating, AC, ceiling fan. Sharing 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a female renter and the owner.  No smoking, no male overnight guests, no pets. Quiet, nice neighborhood close to parks, stores, and restaurants. Only a 15-minute drive to Biola.
