The room is furnished and includes a sofa bed with a full size mattress, a dresser, and wall mounted bookshelf. The private bathroom is located next door to the room.
- Kitchen (with dishwasher), living room and open plan office will be shared spaces
- $1,100 deposit
- $1,100 first month rent required before moving in
- Utilities will be split between us two, will vary in amount based on usage.
