Parking: The house is located in a neighborhood with free street parking, as well as a driveway that can fit up to 5 cars.
Location: 3 to 5 minute drive from Biola, Albertsons, Stereoscope, Hannam Chain Super Market
We are an all female house with 5 residents, looking for someone who is clean, and respectful of shared spaces/others. Please contact me if you are interested in the room/have any questions :)
Rent/utilities: The lease is flexible (month to month). Rent is $640, and utilities range from approximately $70-$100/month
