My name is Melissa, I am 37 years old, and I am a BIOLA alumni. I am looking for a female renter for my cozy home in La Mirada. From my house it’s a 5 minute drive and about a 40 minute walk to BIOLA (2 miles out).

There is a studio apartment attached to the back of the house with its own private entrance. $1,400; furnished and includes utilities, some cleaning supplies, and internet. Studio has a closet, its own full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Renter will also have access to the backyard, and to the washer and dryer located in the garage.

I am looking for someone fairly quiet. 

My dad currently lives on the property as well; separate from the house in a private studio apartment with his own private entrance.

I don’t allow my renters to have pets, or use drugs or smoke in my home or on its premises. I currently have 2 kitties; open to a dog in the near future. 

Overnight guests are an additional charge of $25 per person per night.
