House Amenities: All residents have access to a washer, dryer, fridge/freezer, kitchen, dining room, living room, and backyard.
Parking: The house is located in a neighborhood with free street parking, as well as a driveway that can fit up to 5 cars.
Location: 3 to 5 minute drive from Biola, Albertsons, Stereoscope, Hannam Chain Super Market
About us: We are an all female house with 4 current residents, all of whom graduated from Biola within the last 1-2 years. We are looking for someone who is clean, and respectful of shared spaces/others. Please contact me if you are interested in the room/have any questions :)
Rent/utilities: The lease is flexible (month to month). Rent is $640, and utilities range from approximately $50-$80/month
Note: There are 2 cats in the house (They're very friendly!)
